In project finance we can draw on a wealth of experience gleaned over decades on the African Continent, and further afield-in a variety of large projects and different backdrops. All work from planning to painting is done with with utmost care and precision, our undertaking to you is ‘On time and In budget‘. Our core team of highly experienced tradesmen, supplemented as necessary by specialist providers when required, works closely with management to allow us to make this undertaking replicable and efficient. At all times we do, however, strive to remain open to new ways of achieving desired end-goals, innovation remains, of necessity, a core value.
The provision of Tenant Installation services is a core business activity for us, our experience includes projects for several major multinational clients. The scope of such works can vary from creating a ‘white-box’ -removing all fixtures and fittings from a vacated office premises, ready for a new tenant to take occupation- to the production of a completely new office environment down to company branding and the furniture.
